Sunday Run Schedule for May 2008

Time for Sunday group runs on the carriage roads! Let's start out with the old standby of Eagle Lake at 8 am for May 4th. That seems to have been a convenient default time and location. The 11th, 18th and 25th can all be at EL as well, or we can mix it up. I'd like to start a run at Hulls Cove sometime, since there are some in the group who have never had the pleasure of climbing that little single track hill to start their run. Let's have all May runs start at EL and I vote for a Hulls Cove starting place on June 1. Feel free to veto it and add your own ideal starting location. We want one in Southwest Harbor as well, right John?

8am's so late though,

hee hee hee.

I'm going to be living near Hull's Cove!

DeLaney and I

are always still in PJs at 8am! :) I'll probably oversleep at Sugarloaf.

Baseball days

for me are on Sunday, but I can definitely plan to come run with you guys on weeks that I have 1:30PM games (or no games at all). I can't pass up an opportunity to hang out on the island - it was always a family tradition to 'go to the coast' a.k.a. MDI on Sundays growing up. :)

yup we do....

and it can be a Saturday at a later time if needed

Thurs Night EL?

When we get to June, would others be interested in the Thur night Eagle Lake runs again? maybe 5:30 pm?

That sounds nice to me.

Also, there is a girl run starting at EL tomorrow (Saturday) at 8:30. All are welcome.

"girl run"

really? no guys allowed?

I've noticed...

that where there are girls, there are often boys...even if they need to wear dresses to get there. And where is pms when we need him to start off the hash runs? oh my there is so much dreaming and laughter and plans when the sun shines and the running season in Maine really gets going.

Girl Run

Okay, have a girl run. That's a great chance for Girl Talk -- uncensored. I think girls need that anyway. Even my wife, at 66, needs her girl group time.

Now I have to find a group for Old Fossil Men. (Slow is good too.) Any guys up for Eagle Lake tomorrow?
