RABBIT RABBIT!

bike: 20 min

Chatter says it's COLD out!

No run day.

1/2-mile swim, 1 hour weight circuit, hopefully 20-mile bike later.

I'm going to

curl up into my little shell of tired for the rest of the day.

80 min easy...

...but I think it felt harder than my 20 miler! lol

My legs feel tired. I think I may take tomorrow off...

8 miles

some with Amy and Bozo, some with Sara and The Magster. Just bought a new running outfit for Sugarloaf, it's....Tom Kirby Approved! I was very bold, choosing white. I don't care, had to have it!

White...

sounds pretty!

2.5M

on the dreadmill. Just a test. First little run since Boston because my knee's been a bit sore. Lots of stretchen, too.

Keep running!

8.5 miles

67:10 on the Hampden Father's Day race route with RK. Mile splits were south of 8 with the exception of the miles with major hills.

Ryan told me that unless someone picks it up, this year will be the final year of that race. It's too bad; I like the challenge of the rolling hills, especially the one at the final half mile.

3

miles, and a looong wait at VIP to get tires swapped over. Who knew I'd have a nail in one of them? The interesting side of building in the house you're living in.

3.6m

on the ET and a 2 mile stroll with Vanessa. I must be getting old as my ankle sure is sore the day after speed work. Beautiful weather and lots of things in bloom that smell great. Life is good.

WHP

Nice run with Doug after work. He runs clockwork 8:00 pace and brought us through the 5.5-mile loop in just a few seconds under 44:00.

Hey

I'd like to try that with you guys sometime. It would be a fun challenge.
