Re; RUN MDI WEEKEND

That's a very impressive list of planned activities. Let me know how I can help. I should be able to make it to many of them.

I would like to suggest for the predicted mile contest at the track on Wed evening to have a 20 min tempo run first, starting at 5:30. This will allow runners to get a workout in and also help them with pacing for the mile contest, which would then start about 6p. If agreed, I'll put it on the calendar.

Get on the bus!

One more event... if you are looking for a cool run in a light rain late this afternoon...followed by a bit of calypso music.
