Runner Will Race Against Time in Downhill Mile at Bar Harbor
shakeout run. Anterior tib felt good. Off to soak at the pier anyway.
easy 4 miles at 6. Then I got my car open by myself after locking my keys in the car last night. Ha,
fatigued but fast.
One of you needs to take Running with the Buffaloes out of my hands before I get out of hand!
Easy from Manset to the Seawall and back with the dog.
easy with Amy. Another nice run.
around EL with Bob & Becky C. Met Vanessa after her 4 and then we got to see Ginger and Amy looking good after neerly 10.
Saw a cool Hobie inflatable kayak you could also pedal at the boat ramp. Just when you think you can't have any more fun in the woods you see a cool new toy.
Glad you are feeling better Alyie.
Life is good in the woods.
Ran a really nice 10 miles in SWH today. After 6.5 miles, I started a series of 8 X 2:30 downcycles with 90 seconds float in between. The .4 was a walking cooldown. I feel really good.
Suzanne. Feeling good is most important.
RK and I helped a couple move a couch on the first mile. Also met up with Micah and Samantha and ran with them for a few miles.
I'm in!
:)
Pigfarm road. With Scott F. Bob you need one of those kayaks!
No goals, just wanted to enjoy some outdoor time on this beautiful day. Lots of people and dogs on the Great Meadow trails today, helped keep the pace slow.
