EL CW + out-and-back to Witch Hole, 69 min.

30 min bike before + 2k swim after. Felt good this AM.

EL 5 running & 1 walking

with Shannon, Zoe, & Adria. Got to meet Vanessa & Bob C along the way. Great fun and a definite "A" run. Funny how much you appreciate running after having to take some time off. 5 may have been a bit long for my Achilles, but its hard to tell how much is right until you overdo things a mite. I'll do better tomorrow. Life is good.

A-Betty EL on the long for close to 8 slinky miles

on the sluggish side, left a skid trail as evidence

I'll tell you what man...

Those things are everywhere. I've been finding bits and pieces of them in between the tread on my running shoes.

Bentley's Wheels

Kick up plenty of interesting things from the surfaces over which I ride. I don't mind mud on my legs. I don't mind bike lube. I don't mind most things -- but I mind like hell crushed slug splatter.

A ride into town this morning and 10.4. The MDI YMCA 10k route + some slow loops through downtown and the mean back streets of Bar Harbor. I actually don't have the day off, Alyie - I have another 10 hrs on my feet and if I have anything left in me when I get home tonight I'll go out for another 4 or 5.5 miles around Seal Harbor. I sleep better when I've put some distance between me and the tourists.

After all, it's more of same tomorrow and the day after.

Mountain bike race

I think I'm going to head up to Orono for this race.
MMBA Series Event
Entry fee is pretty steep, but I do love to race my mountain bike. I may have to ride expert just get my money's worth.

Strength, Core, Bike trainer

About an hours worth.

6 miles bike/ 3 mile run SWH

Since I have two running dates tomorrow that may total 10-11 miles pushing DeLaney, I wasn't feeling a speed workout at the track tonight!

6 miles track

This was a toughy; 3 min hard (3-5k pace) 2 min. easy, 4x200 hard, 200 easy. I did the second 3 min. segment too fast which made the 3rd set slower and harder. It was nice to have Tuesdi's company again. It's so hard for me to stay up past 9 pm on track night. I couldn't even finish the movie Garfield!
