The 13th annual Northeast Harbor Road race was held on Saturday with 71 entrants competing. A list of winners follows.
Men: first place overall, Jay Saunders; second overall, Tom St. Germain. Boy's 13 and under: first, Simon Issacs; second, none. High school boys: first Ben Dobbs; second, Jason Higgins. Men 19-29, first Simon Shepherd; second, David MacDonald. Men 30-39: first James Newett; second, Michael Westphal. Men 40-49: first, David Renault; second Gene Kaspar. Men 50 and up: Dick Church (59); youngest runner, Simon Issacs (11).
Women: First place overall, Colleen S. Kelly; second overall, Robin Emery Rappa. Gilrs 13 and under: first, none; second, none. High School girls: first, Anne Cole; second, none. Girls 19-29: first, Ellen Champlin; second Kate Shea. Women 30-39: first, Sheila Hodges; second, Cody Van Heerden. Women 40-49: first Barbara McInnis; second, Sydney Roberts Rockefeller. Women 50 and up: first, Louisa Dunlop, second, Lee Butler.
