Everyone's service is appreciated. Thanks to John Sanders and Michele Gagnon for their service as Officers for our club in 2011. After a successful nominations process, we have an excellent slate of candidates and are now ready to vote.

These are the offices and the candidates (screen names in parentheses) for whom you may vote. The description of each officer’s responsibilities is included as well for your consideration.

PRESIDENT. The president shall preside at all meetings of the Association and shall coordinate the work of the officers to promote the objectives and policies of the Association. It shall be the duty of the president to enforce the Bylaws as well as the policies set forth by the Association.

The Rolling Bones was the last race of the Series and was a big success. Special thanks to Mark Wanner & Ginger King for directing the race, along with a great team of volunteers, who put together a high quality event for us all.

Just a friendly reminder that the one month "grace period" will end Sunday (Jan 31st) for memberships that expired at the end of 2009. We do not want to remove ANYBODY from the Eden roster, so please get those applications rolling in. The members page contains the roster where you can check the status of your membership. My contact information is there as well, please do not hesitate to call or email with questions. Remember...we want YOU on Team Eden!

2010 application

While we received many emails being very pleased with the slate of officers recommended by the nominating committee, no other Eden members were nominated or self-nominated for the Eden Officer positions. With one candidate for each officer position there is no benefit to a formal vote. Therefore, on behalf of the Nominating Committee & all Eden members, we wish to congratulate the following on their election to the Eden Officer positions and thank them for their work and willingness to serve our club:

With all the votes now tallied I am please to report that Eden has elected the following members to serve as Officers for 2009.

We will post accepted nominations here to keep our members informed and to reduce effort in nominations of people who have already accepted.
